Clients: Our Blood Institute, OklahomaThank the Donor® empowers blood and plasma recipients to send messages of gratitude to their donors. This free and simple web-enabled service aims to spread the “attitude of gratitude”, encouraging blood donors by allowing their recipients to thank them completely anonymously.
In 2024, our team was tasked with refreshing the entire Thank the Donor® image. I lead the UI and branding efforts, resulting in a new logo and identity system, app UI refresh, desktop dashboard redesign and as a bonus, completed a rework of the sister app, Share Thanks®. This software is used by hospitals and blood centers nationwide, so we conducted user testing and collected feedback from our partners to make sure we met them exactly where they needed to be.
