Client: Our Blood Institute, OklahomaREVIVR™ is a product of Our Blood Institute with the goal of building awareness of the importance of being a blood donor. The game can be played in the classroom, with family, or between friends as a fun and educational way to learn and play together. By creating a family-friendly way to learn blood matching principles, it’s our hope that future generations will have a deeper understanding of the importance of donating blood.
In 2022, I was asked to illustrate some “Blood Heroes” to be used on trading cards to hand out to donors in our blood centers. After seeing the final results, the CEO decided to pursue making the trading cards into a playable card game. REVIVR turned into two different games; Blood Feud (based on the rules of War) and REVIVR, a simulation card game of the struggles blood banks face everyday to save lives of patients needing blood. Since its completion, REVIVR has been played worldwide, making its way abroad via Global Blood Fund.

The advanced game can be a bit complex, so in order to break it down, I was asked to animate an instructional video. This seven minute video was created via a blend of Illustrator, After Effects, and Premier Pro.
